Benefits of Herbal Teas

The herbs above are but a minute few of the healing herbs that can be used to make soothing, medicinal teas. 

If I feel my immune system needs a boost I regularly make a powerful immune brew containing Elderberry, Astragalus, Echinacea, Nettle, Siberian Ginseng & Withania. To this immune brew I often add Tulsi or Holy Basil (helps to balance, strengthen and protect all functions in the body), Lemon Verbena (for a yummy full flavour) and Chamomile.

Ginger is really great in the morning to warm up the body and get it moving.
