Statistics show that in the USA alone approximately ten million people suffer from migraines. Studies show Feverfew to be effective as a preventative for migraines in 80 percent of cases. As Feverfew is closely related to Chamomile (in the daisy family) it makes sense that they both have a calming effect on the body, mind and emotions. Feverfew has been found to be more successful if taken over a period of time.
- For migraine prevention 2-3 leaves may be made into a tea. Adults can take this dosage up to 3-4 times a day
